Join the Missouri Corn Growers Association
2 ways to join: 1) Join online. 2) Print off the membership form. Why should you join? MCGA works to increase the profitability of corn production. We're your active voice in Jefferson City and Washington, D.C. on corn issues. But, I pay the corn check-off, doesn't that make me a member? Farmers who pay the corn check-off are not automatically MCGA members. Check-off funds cannot be used to lobby for new market opportunities and protect your right to farm. Thats why MCGA membership makes a difference. If I join, what will I receive? Not only will you receive our strong voice in our Capitols for issues important to you, you will also receive StalkTalk, our bi-weekly newsletter. StalkTalk is full of cutting-news and educational information to help make you more profitable. MCGA members have the option of receiving this up-to-date publication detailing the latest news, opinion and policy either through regular mail or via e-mail. How much does it cost? MCGA membership dues are one year for $50 and three years for $100. When you join MCGA, you also become a member of the National Corn Growers Association automatically. What if I don't farm, or no longer actively farm? You are still eligible for membership, and we'd love to have you. We know that you'd still like to know what's going on, and StalkTalk will help you do so. Need more information? Contact us for a membership packet today!
